I would like to know the quickest way to lose weight as i have put on a bit around my waist and i would like to be slim all over to pass for female so i would like to know the best way to lose the weight preferbly quickly without building muscle.

Well i do a week a month on just Rivita and Fruit. I also power walk a lot listening to some good sounds. Stand tall and pull your tummy in as much as you can, lots of touching your toes as well. Free that back to wear your heels. Any more advise email me.

Well, I'm in a similar position as you. I recently started piling on the pounds, and being a guy it all goes straight to my waist! However, when I'm a girl this is just not on!

So here is what I'm doing. My basic premise is "Eat less, excercise more". So I have started counting (quite literally) the calories and was amazed at how many calories I was comsuming just through snacking... so I have cut that right down. Also I check the packaging for calories (I nearly had a heart attack when I found out how many kcals are in a pork pie!!!!).

As for the exercise, well I now take my bike partway into work in London and cycle the rest, I do about 20km per day and it makes you feel great!

Result... well, I have lost about 3/4 of a stone in about 3 weeks and this is without some faddy diet. Just sensible eating and more exercise (cycling in my case). I am down a hole on my belt and I feel great. And soon I'll be able to get back into my favourite, slinky dresses like I used to.

If this is a trans issue, I've pretty much got nothing. You might experiment with how different clothing fits, though. (My friend found this pair of jeans that gives her hips for days :D).
If it's just for an evening or something (drag?), toilet paper under duct tape. Start just below the waist, and wrap around all the way up. (shouldn't be comfortable, but you should still be able to breathe; for the most part). Turns all the belly fat into potential cleavage.

My brother is a cross dresser and although very slim is in no way the same shape as a girl i think it would be impossible for you to have a really slim waist and wider hips which is what you would need to get the shape you want, you could try a waist clincher under your clothes they give dramatic results but don't look very comfy. My brother gets away with it by care-full planing of what he wears, if he really needs to achieve that shape for a special outfit he wears a rather unattractive all in one corset/girdle type thing which holds him in where he needs it and lifts the parts that lifting it also hides his bits if he needs to wear tight fitting skirt or trousers, but as i said mostly it down to carefully deciding on your wardrobe.

I think you could get rid of weight around your waist with some concentrated workouts at gym,targeting that specific area. But in all reality unless you are naturally small waisted the most you will achieve realistically is a toning up. Its the structure of your body underneath/metabolism that will determine how slim u get even with careful dieting. Accentuate your good points with the right choice of clothing....I think you will look fine.

if you belong to a gym and you are not afraid of work! get on a elliptical machine at a 10 degree incline for a half hour 15 mins forward and 15 backwards. as you run on the elliptical be sure and keep your abs flexed as hard as you can for as long as you can. if you could get your hands on some elbow straps to hang from so that you can flex your lower abs and your upper pubic region. its not a large motion at all but it puts focus exactly where you want it. also another good one is to lay on your right side, rest your head in your right hand lift your leg straight toward the ceiling you will feel your obliques flex. just use the weight of your leg don't use ankle weights that will cause bulk and you don't want that. i know this is hard but eat six small portions a day and don't eat after 6 pm. that is enough for now. i will go to the gym tonight and work on a couple more for you. my email is ut3country@yahoo.com. if you like my advice it will be easier for you to find me and for me to train you,.

working with weights. And before you say anything.

When you work with weights if you lift 100 pounds 10 times you build muscel

but when you lift 10 pounds 100 times you burn calories of energy without adding muscle.

Both above formulas burn 1000 calories.

remember 3500 calories burned = 1 pound lost

Swimming is also a great exercise.

I know a lot about health and weight loss.

One way to loose weight is do a lot of jogging. Jog 15 minutes each day for two weeks. This will allow you to loose about five pounds. Running is good because it will burn fat especially around your pelvic area.

One way to loose weight around the waist is doing trunk exercises by strengthening your trunk muscles. Even though you are strengthening your muscles, they energy you using to strengthening these muscles will burn a lot of fat and calories.

Another way is doing sit ups and crunches. The same result will happen.

Stay away from sugar, chips, and sweets for two weeks.

Pilates and a really good corset! I'm a bio-female, but it works for me, and one of my wonderfully gorgeous MTF friends uses this for herself. It's not 100% comfortable, but it works!
