In a web page you are writing? use where x= 1 to 7.

If you are just trying to increase the reading size (while YOU are browsing), assuming you are using Internet Explorer, click View> Text size> [size you want].

assuming you mean you want to increase your I.E. default font sizes just click view and text size. Just be aware that many web designers use static font sizes.
