You must be really rich in order to do that!! ;p

There are several beaches in México, if you want to work and rest there I'll recommend several:

* Cancun and Los Cabos are excellent beaches, expensive in mexican pesos but perfect for european, asian and american people. They're beautiful and I said before, if you want to put a business there, you'll be surrounded by people with money to buy your products.

* Huatulco and Puerto Escondido are beaches perfect for youth relax people. Here are excellent waves, many surfers around the world come here in order to test their skills at "walls" within the ocean. If you're planning to have a full rest time, these places shall be the best ones.

* Acapulco and Ixtapa are beaches that are traditional among the mexican people, my grandma used to go there, she began going when she was 12 years old ( It was 1920 ). The weather is benigne and hot all year long. It is really crowded in mexican holidays and every weekend.

All beaches have excellent weather, some are perfect for non-mexicans tourists and other are for locals.

My mom has a beach house in Rosarito Beach and it is so cheap to live there that she applied for dual citizenship. It's a great tourist place but also very nice to live there. Good luck with your margarita hut. I wish you success
