In this movie, Sharpay Evans (Ashley Tisdale) and Ryan Evans (Lucas Grabeel) try to break up Troy Bolton (Zac Efron) and Gabriella Montez (Vanessa Anne Hudgens) so they wouldn't be able to be in the next talent show they are having. One of the Evans' plans is this: Sharpay will pretend that she is drowning so Troy will have to go mouth to mouth with her (Troy is a lifeguard). At that time, Ryan will convince Gabriella that Troy is cheating on her.

Yes. All the stars will return and some think that it's a 3 part series. HSM2 will probably be out in 2007 sometime.

ya but i hope they cancel it. the first was only popular because of zac and that its disney channel's first musical. too bad they didnt have good songs
