I think if there is only a very small amount of people left and we need each other to survive, discrimination will get a lot less or might even disapear. But as soon as the mutual problems are solved, I think there will be discrimination again.

Yes discrimination will always exist it is a sad and sorry fact but while its not as bad as it was we are creeping backwards again. Many youngsters today are turning into criminals and the youth culture today is more self -absorbed than it ever was. We can only hope that society does improve and discrimination of others is lost but and education of the youth and the old be adhered to.

I would hope that the next stage of human evolution will be spiritual, not religious, but spiritual. That we will eventually realise that we all have to inhabit the same rock (planet earth) and we are all one consciousness, and so we can all be treat as human, spiritual beings. Hatred and wars serve no master but the evil elite that profit from death.

so long as such hatred can be profitable, and so long as humanity remains so inexcusably stupid as to allow themselves to be tricked into wars of conquest, then discrimination will continue.... in fact, it is more likely to create a human exctinction.

Spiritual evolution may be the only way to survive.

It is because of discrimination that we are on the brink. If the human race was more cognisant of other beings and the planet we would not have a lot of the problems we face.

Of course. If something is going wrong, it will have to be someone's fault, someone 'different' from us. By the way, there is a growing amount of evidence that points toward another ice age rather than global warming.

I certainly hope not. People should be working together now for the good of the world--rather than fighting among themselves. You said the key word, "petty," and that's the type of differences that are messing our world up today.

Knowing humanity . . . yes. Even if all the survivors are of the same race and religion and everything else, they will still find something to fight about. It's human nature.

I certainly hope discrimination continues to exist. Mankind would have disappeared long ago without it.

When we get down to one remaining human, all racism, bigotry, and discrimination will vanish.
