So I bought a samsung mp3 player like 3 months ago it hasn't been working for a month now. I got it at Best Buy for like $120. I was trying to recharge it and this thing comes up on the LCD and says please delete 4mb no space for ds?! what?! I only used up 2/3 of the mb. So I go in windows media player 10. And try to delete some stuff and it says no device detected like I've done this before... so I click on find supported protable devices or whatever and it takes me to the windows media player site... and doesn't say much. Do I need to upgrade to windows media player 11 or what?! Gezze! Is it designed to breakdown within 2 and a half months?!

Because it's Samsung.

The only thing that Samsung makes which is of any quality are their monitors. Their DVD players -- crap (consistently broke until Best Buy finally issued me store credit for a new one). Their flat panel TVs -- crap (broke within a week, possibly a lemon but regardless, I returned it as well). I can speak from experience. The only Samsung products I've ever owned that has proven itself worthy (not only over time but over competition as well) are their monitors.

In the future, go to http://www.cdnet.com/index.html
read reviews and comparisons of products before you buy.
