do you hate your neighbor? my neighbor is such an ***. he has exposed himself, and has maced my husband over the fence. he is soooooooooooo psycho. the cops won't do nothing.

webfly has some excellent ideas! the cops will have to pay attention if you call them enough, if not tell them you will at the next council meeting, trust me that will get them moving. this guy exposing himself is illegal, macing your husband is assault, don't let the cops push you around because they are too lazy to do their jobs, DEMAND that they charge him. how big a town do you live in? do you know anything about local politics. put a call in to the mayors office, let them know that you have a serious problem and for some reason his police force is failing to enforce the law, you'll see something get done right quick! its the squeaky wheel thing, you make enough noise and they will not ignore you anymore.

Get an attorney to file a civil suit against your neighbor and the police. Keep a video camera with you to get evidence. Next time he maces you or your hubby, go to the hospital to create medical records. Get photos, get witnesses. Sue that ba$tard!

well they have to do something..exposing hisself what you need is a digital cam..do you have kids?? if you dont im sure you have nepews and nieces godkids maybe?? the reason for this is because if you can get a pic of him exposing himself and you mention everynow and then you have your relatives kids for a visit...this perv can get in deep trouble..... you should not put up with this do something about it... the police can't ignore evidence get a cam and catch him in the acts record arguments too... get dirt on him and have him arrested for indecent exposure.good luck.

I used to be best friends with the girl across the street until she called child protection services on me for disciplining my child. She lied to me for 4 months and told me she wasn't the one who did it. Now she has filed for divorce from her husband, who treated her like a queen and let her do whatever she wanted. She has some moron guy living with her now, who I last heard couldn't hold down a job shoveling dog sh*t for a vets office...on New Years almost got in a fight with my husband after he threw rocks in our yard with his truck while he was drunk and four wheeling in her yard. You need to insist on filing a report with your local police dept every time you have an incident with him. At least then it will be on record if someting major happens.

I don't hate my neighbor. actually nice people, good baptist church going people..........but in May I caught them dumping their garbage clippings and weed clippings over my fence line
to the neighbor behind me.(.People in question live on the left of me.) .We live in the county. They actually went out of their way quite a few yards to get rid of their garbage. I still can't get over it....

I do. Mine are really weird, and they watch us all the time when we are outside. Creepy.
