It is safe. You will not adversely affect yourself, in fact it will help you to discover what you like and how you like it. So go enjoy yourself as much as you want.

Play with yourself as much as you want! Yes, it is safe, it probably will not affect your sex life and you should switch to a different doctor if he tells you it;s bad for you!
I assume you're a teenager/young adult and masturbation is the easiest way to satisfy your sexual urges--nothing wrong with that, just alternate left and right hands, so your wrist doesn;t cramp :) So long as masturbation does not become an obsession, or the only way that you can get off, your sex life will not suffer, quite contrary it will be better, because you'll know better exactly what sensations drive you to an orgasm and can tailor sex with another person to stumulate those precise sesations. There's no going blind fro masturbation or other bull$hit, enjoy it! *wink*

You will get worn out, and maybe some chafing – but nothing else bad will come of this.
Now, if you are doing this compulsively – like you feel anxious if you don’t do it, or if you are doing this as a means of managing your anxiety, or if it you are bothered by how much you are doing this but you still can’t seem to stop yourself and not simply as a means to experience pleasure then you may have a problem – but as long as sex has not become a coping strategy – a means of decreasing anxiety and dealing with the world – then you are good.

If you method doesn't attempt to force blood from you penis you should be perfectly safe. If it hurts at all you're doing it wrong.
If your doctor said it wasn't safe, you may be doing it wrong. Safest method:
On your back, with vaseline, and only your hand, using gentle pressure. Don't really see how this is dangerous, and is fairly similar to sex, so shouldn't hamper that, unless it increases your "endurance."
Worst method:
Prone (on stomach) thrusting into object or mattress. Known to cause ED.
Might even be worth telling your sons about when they get 12 or so.

Frequent masturbation causes no health problems and may even help your health. Masturbation improves blood circulation, muscle and skin tone, lowers blood pressure because it is cardiovascular and relieves stress. Orgasms also create emotional and psychological well being and relieve sexual tension. Masturbation also improves sexual technique and allows you to understand what pleasures you and what your sexual response cycle is. I suggest that you take your time when doing it and use as much stimulation as needed, also use a lubricant of some sort as frequent masturbation can cause soreness. Other than that Whack away, your helping your self!

Isn't three times a day a bit excessive? Perhaps you should look into why you feel the compulsion to do it that often. I think once a day is fine, but might you possibly be masterbating this often to cover up another psychological issue? It's bordering on addictive.

Na dude you totaly need to clean those pipes but three times a day is a little excessive. nock it down to once a day then eventualy like once a week and so on because at some point you should find a woman (or man or farm animal I dont know what your into) and do things with her that let you release your seed.

Why ask? If you have talked to doctors, what difference does it make if some yahoo users pretend like they know things and say yes? You should just trust the doctors, not morons.

it could affect your sex life in the fact, that when it comes time, to do it multiple times in a row, you might not have it, because you are used to being stimulated or turned on a different way.
