Go to the nearest bar or restaurant that has a television. It will be showing just about everywhere so as long as you're not in your house, you should be able to watch it easily. If all else fails, go to a shop that sells TVs, the salespeople will be watching it.

most pubs will be showing it or find a friend who does fast lol oh just thought you can watch it on your computer about 30 secs behind cant remember but you can google it

steal one. or "borrow" a tv. or go to a tv store, and just watch it on one of those tv's. if they ask what you're doing, just tell them you're testing it out before you buy it. but, you won't buy it. you'll be watching soccer!
