yes, I have been screwed by eBay one to many times and I would love to be able to talk to a person. the phone lines they have now are all automated it very hard to actually get a person

Besides calling ebay (which you can do anyway) you want an ebay phoneline for what? To get ahold of other buyers / sellers? It will never happen.

I refuse to use Ebay, but I would sign it if I did. Of course, you realize that if they were to implement that, prices would increase to the end-user.

YES! I hate that they only take questions via email. I think that is crappy. I don't find it fair that you have to email them when your having a problem.
