US is an occupier. A country with foreign soldiers and occupiers in its territory, can not be named as democracy. US has no right to judge Saddam in any way. Now Saddam can not be judged by anybody except Iraqi people. This is not possible because 'military intervention' by US continues. The day US withdrew from Iraq, Saddam's being judged may be possible, after the establishment of a government according to a constitution which is endorsed by the majority. US's such actions in Iraq are just de facto actions with de facto assumptions. JUDICIALLY.

I think that Sadam is killing his own lawyers in an attempt to have his trial appear to be unfair. Weren't those lawyers appointed to him in the first place?? I think he is doing this so that public opinion will sway to his side. . .

But that's just me, and I am a nut.

I think Iraqi don't understand freedom yet. They are the ones killing Saddams lawyers so he can't be defended. They wont just let the man get a fair trial and then get executed.

Did you hear your information on CBS? NBC? ABC? MSNBC? Headline News? CNN?

I recommend watching and listening to Fox News.

Stop the conspiracy theories. The Iraqis are unsure of their new freedom. It will come with time.

Hell no. The Sunnis and the Shias are killing each other daily. The USA wants the killing to stop so American soldiers can come home.
