The most important principle of COMMUNISM are as follows: -

1) Equality among people, abolishment of Class.
2) Equal distribution of rights and property.
3) All power to the State
e.g. Land, Mineral Resources.
4) Abolishment of private property,
e.g. Land, Mineral Resources.
5) All rescpect and power to the Workers, both doing Mental and Physical labor.
e.g Scientists, Workers, Laborors, Farmers, Engineers, Soilders, Doctors etc..
6) Those who do not work, must not eat
7) Work according to Ability and Capability.
8) A complete class-less society.
9) There is no God
10) Abolishment of religious practices

The great Soviet Union (the USSR) and China follow exactly these principles!!!!!!!!!!! The Soviet Union is alas, no more.

1. As far as I know, there is no equality in Communist countries of the world. There are the Communist party officials, industrial managers, professionals, and then everyone else. and there definitely is a hierarchy and class system.

2. There is also not an equal distribution of rights and property. You think the Chinese farmer has the same rights as the Premier of China? give me a break. Castro is equal to the rest of the Cuban population?

3. Gosh, if all power goes to the state then how can you have equal distribution of anything...won't those who run the state have the most power?

4. Abolishing private property...didn't you say in number 2 that property would be shared equally? A bit contradictory? Besides, people love to own stuff...is it really going to be that easy to abolish private property since it has been a foundation of this country for over 200 years?

5. You previously wrote all power goes to the state...now you say all power goes to the workers...how does that work? What about people that don't work? I thought thaty had equal rights and property as stated in your #1 maxim?

6. Oh, you answered it...so people will work till they die. You basically want to create slaves out of all citizens...so mentally and physically disabled people will be starved to death, as well as newborn babies, since they can't work. Really good system...I say it lasts one generation...then everyone will be dead.

7. Oh, work according to ability and capability. Who decideds this? the individual because he has all power, as in #5 or the state as stated in #3? That still leaves a sizable portion of the population out. LIke I said severely disabled people who have no capability nor ability to work will starve, please correct me if I'm wrong?

8. Class-less means everyone is exactly the same? Sounds pretty dreary to me. Hard to escape a class society when the state has all power and some people have to work for the state...those people generally live better than the rest.

9. So, the state will make God illegal? Ask Stalin and Mao, and even China today, how difficutl it is to erase God. Can't be done my friend.

10. Why abolish religious practices, why can't the state just take it over and make it part of the daily routine. If anything you'd be bettter off forcing everyone into one type of religion.

Anyhow, that's my 10 cents on this ridiculous question and the 10 ridiculous stipulations made by the author of it.

have a nice day.

Communism is all about an elite group of people who because they have seperated themselves from God and others, feel an obsessive need for power and to control everyone else.

Look at history. Look at the former Soviet Union, look at China, two of the most repressive and diabolical regimes in recorded history if you want your answer.

As you implied in the answer to your own question, commmunisnm is not the answer, it is a nightmare. This doesn't make monopoly capitalism correct either.

The best way is the midddle way of free enterprise, where neither the state nor huge corporate monopolies have control over the people.

The USA will never, ever, ever be Communist. It has always made quite clear to be an enemy of Communism. Further more, Communism isn't quite as you put it. Reglion has thrived in countries that have or had Communist governments. Russia and China have never abolished the countries reglions. The citizens as they chose believe in a God or Gods. Number six on your list is not applicable either. You obviously need to do more research on the matter before you make certain statements to the above.

Nice and wishfull thinking! But dear Aurobindo, why the people would work for others, like corrupt politician and the criminals? You will forget all these things when you get fully matured.

Further, your second commandment clearly goes against the 6th commandment. Review it.

You must also review that when the children are not born with equality, how you can claim to convert the world in to communism. I have not seen any communist sharing his property with others.

Communism aka Marxism doesn't work.

It hasn't worked in China, Russia, or N. Korea...do you have ANY sense or understanding of world history?

It's a great THEORY....but like the majority of theory based applications it became a ill-created travesty once put into action.

What our nation needs to do is reapply it's Free Enterprise economy and bring the MENTALITY of it's people back to where it should be.

The rhetoric theories of college = good job = job security = life security and happiness does not work anymore. And THAT is what is making people miserable.

And that's only one of many things that need changed, but Marxism isn't the answer.

In theory communism is great but in practice communism cannot work because the strong willed and ambitious will rise to the top and the state will become a totalitarian one.

No. Communism failed. It turned out to be a class society as well, with people at the top having privileges, the average person had little.

As wonderful as communism in theory, I believe the United States is the last place it would work. Our government is already corrupt enough - the last thing they need is more power.
