I remember many things from when I was very young, but I think my earliest comes from nursery school when I was 3 (1967). I was diagnosed with chicken pox shortly before Valentine's Day and, therefore, was not permitted to attend my class's party. I was very upset so my father made a cassette recording of me to play to my class. When the school day ended, one of my teachers, who lived near us, brought me a cupcake and candy from the party and get-well wishes from my classmates.

Aw!!!! Poor you Linda W. The first thing I would remeber in my life is fourth grade. Mostly Friday, March 31st, 2006 because that was the day that Tarik Haniff told me that he had a crush on me. That was the so far best day of my life, and I'll never forget my class, teacher, and friends. Espeacially friends who helped me when I needed help the most. (I typed thirteen pages about what happpend throughout the fourth grade year, so yeah...that's why).

I remember an old man with a coin. I was less than two.

He let me look at the coin and then took it away from me and gave it to my parents. I found out later the guy was my grandfather and it was a silver dollar. He gave it to my folks to give to me for luck.

They spent it.
