this was a theory i've watch on a tv show at korea

test it by performing to lift a dumbell for a few times with your hand on your head and try it also with your hand not on your head and you will find out

I've heard this theory as well, but you must do it for at least one week, and must never under any circumstances drop your hand, this includes sleeping in an upright position.

Your heart has to work harder to pump blood to the raised hand. And raising a hand over your head happens to be an effort that takes quite a bit of energy.
And, if you are of the conservation political gang, you consider going to your strong father model and reading the script, out loud like a trained parrot.

Unsure how that theory should work but if ya keep your hand over your head your arm will certainly become weak

um im doing it as i type this and all thats happening is my arm hurts! and the blood is rushing to my elbows.....so yeah i think if i kept it there long enough it might make me feel weak, but that would be due to me not eating as fast!

Never heard of it. Maybe it only works on the eastern hemisphere.
