Go to Washington and make an appointment with Karl Rove. Say you're a Republican business owner and have a lot of money that you'd like to contribute to the party. He'll introduce you to Satan in no time. You'll be able to walk right up to the Devil, shake hands with him and say, "Nice to meet you, Mr. Cheney!"

If there is such a being, he can presumably figure out that you want to do business and arrange a chat on his own initiative.
If he doesn't exist you're gonna look awful silly wearing a black dress, surrounded by candles and holding a dead guy on a stick, intoning long-dead languages into the empty air. Kinda like priests do today.

i dont believe in the devil i believe in manole but even at that you would be very foolish to summon something that you cannot control just like if i was to summon manole if i didnt know how to control him it would make me litterally insane i am wiccan and this is my answer if you summon something you cannot control you are getting whats in the bowl remember ye harm to none so mote it be

You shouldn't mess around with things you don't understand and have studied.
It's like a ouija board. Kids that mess with that have no clue what they are inviting into their homes. One thing you never want to do is taunt or call upon spiritual energies that you know nothing about.
My advice to you is go hang out with some friends if you are bored and leave things you don't understand alone.

no need to summon him. He is his own free enterprising agent. He's like one of those mystery things...the moment you stop looking for him, here he comes walkin' down the steet headed straight for ya'.
If ya' really want to talk to him, for whatever reason...just talk out loud and have a backbone. He loves backbones.
