Empower your teachers as much as possible to positively impact the climate. Seek their ideas, which will improve morale, and hopefully this will have a trickle down effect to the students. Be visible to the faculty and the students. Walk the halls, talk to the faculty and students. Listen to their ideas and suggestions, enact what you can.

with the best co-ordination between the teacher and the students as it is necessary for a teacher to understand the psychology of the students and guide them accordingly for their better future. Moreover, thee must also be a good co-ordination between the teachers and the Principal of the school. The staffs and the non-teaching staffs also must have respects towards the teachers, principal of the school and have affection towards the students. The Principal must at the same time have love and affection for all, but at the same time maintain discipline in school.

behavior and demand compliance.
3. Require assistant principals to enforce rules equally in
all situations. Show no favoritism.
4. Be visible.
5. Remove all cell phones, iPods and messaging devices.
6. Require dress codes and enforce them.
7. Be respectful to all students and demand respect in return.
8. Reward good behavior, punish the bad.
9. Demand that students and faculty display identification tags
at all times, remove students who fail to do so.
10. Expect the best from faculty and staff as well as
your students by demonstrating positive leadership.
11. Be accessible to parents, teachers, students and members
of your community.
