Generally speaking multiple personality disorder does not respond well to a group therapy enviornment. Group therapy is best used when other group members can point out things to other group members and hold them accountable. A true multiple personality disorder is not aware of the 'other personalities' doings and there fore holding them responsible does little to no good.
The favored course of treatment is individual sessions with possibly some medication to help with the splitting.
