There has never been peace in the middle east. Ever! So your guess is as good as mine.

There is very little chance for peace at the current time. That region has been unstable for millenia and will continue to be that way unless they find ways around their religious differences.
The various peoples of the region will have to decide when enough is enough and kick the current crop of leaders out of office and establish governments that WILL allow everyone freedom to be as they desire.

Complete victory in war. Negotiated settlements do not work. Palestinians are not interested in a negotiated settlement. They want all of Israel's land. They want all of the Jews out of Israel.
Examples of negotiated settlements after war, that did not work are: North and South Korea, Iraq after the first Gulf War.
Examples of complete victory bringing peace are: Germany, Italy and Japan after WWII.

place all Arabs and Jews on a real big space station, give them all bombs, grenades and various other weapons, let them continue their insane, never-ending, hateful warring while slowly floating away from our solar system. Viola! Peace in the middle east!

It's too late to reverse the mess in Iraq, but it's not too late for Israel to get their a*s out of Palestine, give back what they took after the establishment of a Jewish state in 1948, and somehow assist in the re-settlement of the Palestinians refugees who were displaced as a result of the establishment of the Jewish State of Israel.
