i look out for others as well as try to look out for myself if it does not interfere with being a kind caring human being!

It never has been near the top of my list.

Kindness and scruples are very much alive in the world. The problem is such acts are not nearly as vocal and don't get nearly as much press or airtime as do greed, dishonestly and aggression.

For me, that is looking out for number one. I remain on top by remembering that my actions do affect others. Let's go in a positive direction with that by being courteous, well-mannered and pleasant.

You bet! Taking good care of myself in every sense of the term, I can reach out to others in need because I have stability.
