Do the same thing! Make fake bruises on yourself, if you have to. It'll be fun!

I'm the older one, too and my sister was the same way. You do need to stop doing those things that he tattles about because one thing won't change. 'You're the older one'. But that does not mean it is okay for him to be tattling.
Talk to your parents again but approach it different. Show tham that you are more mature than your brother. Go to them with a list of things that you do and need to stop. Tell them that you are working on them. Then ask them to make it easier for you, they need to help your brother work on his issues (have a list also). This will show a maturity on your part and acceptance of the fact that it isn't all his fault.
How do you get in trouble for doing these things? Are you always punished for them or do they just tell you not to do it? Because I agree with them about calling your brother an idiot or tapping his head with a pencil - tattletale or not -Don't do it. Put those things on your list of things you need to stop doing.

Unfortunately your parents are going to have a real problem on their hands when he is a teen-ager if they do not kick him in the butt now for his behaviour. Children that are treated like babies grow up to be adults that act like babies and they have a hard time adjusting to the outside world and have a hard time holding jobs, and keeping relationships. Try telling this to your parents and maybe they will listen.

You can start by putting hidden cameras in your room and tape him on act! Fake stories and tell on him! Be the mean sister, you know, cold, and cruel...make him get scared of you, just be the perfect child to your parents.

Stop doing things that get you in trouble. You seem to have a good idea of what these things are all ready. So STOP IT.

Ignore him all together & be the perfect child to your parents. Never lose your cool or it will make you look like the bad kid.

Ask a close family member or close friend of the family to talk to your parents for you.

If you ignore him, then he won't want to tell on you anymore because it will take the fun out of things.

Just ignore him completely. Don't talk to him, don't go anywhere near him for say about two weeks or so.
