Go to the Cannon website--they should have instructions online. If not, contact their customer service and request that they send you a new one.

yes go to the cannon web site and type in your camera and all the letters, then see if they have the download avaliable , I did with my camera.
Plus if you have the connections for downloading pics to your pc you can download that software as well
