I have fuscias, but they haven't been real nice lately. They'll bud, but then right after that they'll die. I went to gardeners and stuff but when we tried to fix the problems they said it could be, it didn't work. Can someone offer some suggestions as to what's wrong with my fuscias???

Fuchias like humidity and mist, but well drained soil, and moderate sunlight without excessively high temperatures. If you've been regularly fertilizing, stop for a while and see if there is any positive change. If you haven't been fertilizing, try one of the liquid kelp fertilizers and see it that makes a change. Also look closely for insects on your plants. My fuchias are very fussy about the amount of water they get when they're starting to bloom. Don't let yours get too dry. With the number of buds a fuchia produces, it takes a lot of water to keep those coming to full bloom. Just don't over water. It's a fine balance.

I have a green thumb, and I cannot do anything with fuscias. I have 3, and they all pass through periods where they flourish into periods where I am certain they must be dead. Ferns are more people friendly!
