I'm told we learn the fate of one the characters - who is it and what happens? (kicking myself now for not staying till the very end - but my kids were tired)

Its really dumb, basically the dog that was in the movie that was captured by the islanders is hailed as their new leader and they show him on the throne with a bone in his mouth and thats it, you didnt miss much.

dont worry! just buy the movie when it comes out and fast forward the credits until you see it then bravow. I didnt stay either. i didnt think there would be one. But thats ok. we (my friend my older sister and her friend, my younger brother and his friend, and my mom left kind of in a hurry. i dont know why though.
When i found out there was something at the end on the net when i got home (when i left the theater room i thought i missed something but didnt really care) i was so mad at myself. but now i know that it wasnt anything big (thankfully).
just wait for the movie to come on dvd or you can pay $6.50 again and just wait for the credits to come on.
