The best time for visiting the Europe is surely the summer, and that is the best time for meeting hot girls in bikinis... You now the drill... Beaches and clubs are the ideal place for meeting new people and hanging out with them. Summer rules! Parties are organized always, it just matter where! In continental Europe, best cities for "partying" are: Prague, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Lisbon and... Belgrade of course! :-) Believe me, Belgrade is ideal place for young people because there are no laws for non drinking or going out during working days... Young people, us, we are going out and having a great time every day. Clubs are full all the time. Belgrade is also characteristic for it's raft clubs along the shores of the Danube and the Sava rivers. Come to it, and you'll be amazed. Let's put Belgrade aside.. Prague and the other cities I mentioned have fanthastic clubs and parties, but unfortunately, they are only full during the weekends, which is not case with Belgrade. Belgrade's clubs and rafts are full of young people even during the working days. There are also lots of BEAUTIFUL girls. It is said, and believe ,me it is true, 'cause I am living in Serbia and have tasted this kind of serbia's beauty, that Serbian and Croatian girls and women in general are the most beautiful women across Europe and wider. It is not just a rumor!!! And it is very important that most of the young people in Serbia speak English. And it is safe to visit. There were many questions on this subject so you can see the answers!
When it comes to noncontinental Europe, I must mention IBIZA, paradise for partying. I have just come back from my holiday, I have been on Ibiza and Mallorca, and I am full of impressions these parties left on me. Description of Ibiza is: PARTY all day and night or DIE! :-) You can meet many preety english girls over there, and girls of other nationalities also.
So, why not try? Wherever you decide to go, you'll be thrilled!

During the summer is probably best. Winter months require coats and alot of things are closed. Where I live in Germany, things open around March or April, but its not totally warm till June. For partying, try any major city.

October is the best in my opinion. Germany is celebrating Oktoberfest and France has all sorts of Wine and champaign celebrations as they release the new bottles. Also, it's not as busy with the tourists. As for meeting girls...you can meet girls anytime, anywhere as long as your not an ***.
