What percentage of the GDP of a country is controlled by the 10% richest people in each country?

I want to know, by country, the distribution of wealth.

The best is to do a search on the internet. The top 10% of the richest people might not control anything. In the US, it is the top businesses that have the largest share of the GDP with Bill Gates and Warren Buffet being the wealthiest. I know that Fortune magazine runs lists like this once or twice a year.

That's a loaded question. Rather than "controlled" you might want to consider the word "earned" - at least for free countries.
