God invented science as a way to test his followers. It's like a challange, if they truly appreciate God, then they will overcome science and say that it's all God's work. You have to have strong faith when science tries to prove things.

Science and Religion are aspects of knowledge and neither need be true or not true, as they are merely very useful methodologies for explaining, describing and understanding the nature of reality. Scientific knowledge is based upon the use of an empirical methodology, whereby experiments either confirm or deny theories and hypotheses; while religious knowledge is based upon a revelatory methodology, either derived from an outside source, such as a deity, or an inside source, such as the psyche, or a combination of both. Science is mainly concerned with how reality works, while religion is mainly concerned with the whys of reality. Both ought to complement each other, and when they do, it's an indication of truth. When they don't, it's an indication of a misunderstanding of the nature of reality that needs to be further resolved; either through some other methodology, like philosophy, or through some further experiment and revelation.

Science unravels religion. No matter who you are, or where you live, science remains a constant. There are so many religions all over the world and most contradict each other or themselves. They are what they are. Beliefs. We all have them. We all have religious beliefs in one way or another. But the end result is that science, remains the same no matter who you are.

Both are true, and with an open mind, both can co-exist peacefully. For example, you can believe in evolution AND intelligent design, as I do. Man was created in God's image. We don't know what God looks like. We also don't know if any major changes took place to the human form that predate the fossils we have found. But believing that humans entered earth as we are today is just silly. What about the fossils and other hard evidence that have been produced? But who can say that God didn't spark evolution to better the advancement of the human race? One can never know. However, if you combine science and religion, you can have a very enlightened view of the world.

Neither unravels the other. It all depends on your beliefs. Science can do along way to answering many of the mysteries of the universe, and faith can help fill the gaps. But ultimately its down to your own personal beliefs. Personally I believe the two can exist in harmony.

Your question is like asking whether apples or oranges are better. Science is one way of viewing the world, and religion is another. Science is best for certain tasks, and religion is best at meeting other needs.

Those who believe in a religion should not expect *scientific* truth to agree with their sacred texts, and scientists should not expect religious texts to agree with their findings. Each has a totally different purpose and goal, and so will focus on entirely different aspects of life.

Science is based on fact. Religion is based off some information passed down by 'man' over hundreds of years. Didn't you ever play the game telephone as a child? Don't you remember how scrambled information would become when it got to the end? Well, I believe religion is like that. It's just information that has been scrambled so how can we prove it credable.

Neither is true. Science reveals the truth. Science is neither absolute or final. It evolves towards the truth through a process. Make your own decisions about religion.

Neither has been able to disprove the other. I am still of the opinion that they can coexist. We just have to understand which stories are literal and which are written to the best of the author's ability without scientific knowledge. If you believe that God created everything, why couldn't he be responsible for the scientific principles that we observe? There are charlatans that give religion a bad name, and there are quacks that give science a bad name. Neither makes their field of study false, just the human that lies.

Religion is science. Since it is difficult to understand Religion, we try to discover everything again in the name of Science.

Religion, the scientist are so foolish some times. The bible has been around for centuries . it has been banned , burned and discounted for the truth it revels. Yet it is still changing lives today and will continue to do so for as long as the world is allowed to remain. As the word of God states Only the fool has said there is no God
