L-carnatine, a multi-vit, fertility blend for men. All of these can be found at a vit. store or online. The previous poster said folic acid improved her hubby after only a month--this is not true. What your husband does today will affect his sperm in 3 months from now. It takes a full 3 months for sperm to mature so get the pills and have him start now and in 3 months you can expect to see results. Good luck!

Imagine if every time we had sex, the sperm penetrated the egg. We would always be pregnant. One sperm can only penetrate one egg. You have not provided enough information. Is the vagina hostile? That will kill the sperm. There are many factors to consider and too many possiblities to list without you providing pertainent information. Conception is just a matter of luck. Without medical intervention such as IUI or IVF (both of which do not guarentee you getting pregnant), you will have to take this month by month. Sorry I wasnt any more help.
