No, you can't-- and that's final! There are strict physical laws that prohibit you from going outside the universe and running around in the yard, and, besides that, all the time you were out there, your mother would be frantic with worry.
You're part of the universe, and if you step outside of the REST of the universe and look in, you have just expanded the universe by going farther out, so that you are still IN what you are looking INTO. Being in the universe is like being a member of your family, a nationality or a minority group. You're IN it no matter what, and, no matter where you go, you can't get OUT of it!
See, there's not even any space beyond the universe's boundaries! Fort Worth's getting like that too, because of Dallas.

Considering the universe is all around you, you are looking in. Standing outside this universe, though... a realm of nonexistence, deep space, and certainly the unknown. Even if you could, your eyesight only goes so far.

This has never been done.
Try an experiment. Stand outside of the universe and tell us what you see.
Truth and knowledge come from verification, not guesses or beliefs. Until we can try it we simply have to be honest and say we don't know. It is not even clear your question is meaningful.

Relativity....
You can only Observe the Universe if you are not a part of the Universe. Then by your Observation you have effected the universe

Hi,
Latest theories say that our universe is just one out of many... Like one loaf of bread out of other loaves (parrallel)
Your question does not make sense to me...
As if the universe is a ballon you stand on top dig a hole and look inside... It is known to be flat so probably NO.
