Not sure about the whole top 10, but I can tell you my favorite is Zelda, Windwaker. There was a LOT, actually too much sailing around in that damn boat, but besides that, it was a great game.
I can't wait for Zelda: The Twilight Princess this September!

I don't know of ten but I do know that resident evil 4 is the best graphics wise that I have ever played on it...but here are my ten best
