damn do i hate her!! she's a single parent and since she has no life she's always around me and my hubby, we don't have date night anymore cuz she's with us. we have a baby and she's even said she lives her grand baby more then her son(my hubby) and if me and my hubby fight she always runs in to our room to "try and help" but she knows she makes it worse. she also bought him playboy til my hubby asked her to stop

Wow, heck no! You need to get together with your hubby and unite. Sit momma down and tell her this is how its gonna be or you need to leave, if she loves grandbaby so much she needs to do whats best for his/her parents and butt out!!!! If she's over so much or lives with you then ask her to babysit so you can have a date night, if she refuses tell her you and your hubby are going out with the baby and she is not invited. You don't want to shun her but you gotta draw the line somewhere. Be strong and good luck!

Oh, boy we will pray for you. I don't really hate my mother-in-law I think she is still missing her previous daughter-in-law and might still be talking to her. So that's my thing. But this is my third and I was never close to any of them I guess its just that I am to straight forward and really don't care. I just want my husband to be happy and not feel like I use to feel. You know trying to make everyone happy. What ever. You just try your hardest to be happy and tell her she can sleep in the dog house if she does not agree with how you guys live or do your things.

I love my mother in law because i have accepted her as it is I do not want to change her since she is like this from maybe past 50 or 60 years instead i try to change myself because i am like this from maybe past 20or 30 years so u see isn't it easier to change something which is fresh then try to change something which is not so fresh , Think about it and u will feel very happy if u can not change urself how can u expect the other person to change for u.

My mother in law is dead now(praise Jesus)but she drove me nuts. She and her husband made my husband miserable growing up and she did drugs and would come to my house screwed up!! She was always telling me how to clean my house,take care of my kids,cook my food,take care of my husband,and she couldn't even take care of her own family ! The only thing i have to thank her for is that i know how NOT to be as a mother in law. Sad but true

I love my mother in law, but she is rare. She doesn't butt into our life, she tries extra hard to stay out of the details of her kids. Now my ex-mother-in-law was a different story. She tried hard to break us up and eventually did. If it wasn't for her trying to ruin our lives, and me not wanting to give in to her, we might still be married. Yes, it's possible to hate your mother in law. Good Luck

well yeah i do too but the thing here is u have to talk to your mother in law and tell her what u really feel she is doing wrong and said that i love u but the stuff u do sometime gets me angry so can u please stop doing it.also tell her that i know u r in charge i need myspace and treat me that way u wanted to be treat cause u don't want some one doing the same thing to u? i am sure u don't like it.plus u have to respect my space and respect my baby too

My mother-n-law hates me and she doesn't even know me! She has tried to pay me off to divorce her son. She has told me never to call her mom, and my kids can never call her Grandma. She doesn't want anything to do with me or her grandkids.

YOUR MOTHER IN LAW IS ONE CRAZY *****, BUT I UNDERSTAND WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM GIRL. DON'T LET HER CONTROL YOUR RELATIONSHIP, JUST BECAUSE SHE IS YOUR HUSBAND'S MOTHER. SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO INTERFER. I WAS IN A SIMILAR SITUATION, BUT NOT MARRIED, DATED THE GUY FOR TWO YEARS, HIS MOTHER GOT ON MY NERVE. I ASK HIM TO TALK TO HER, HE TRIED BUT IT DIDN'T WORK, SO I GAVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE TO GET HER TO BACK OFF AND HE COULDN'T SO I SET MAMA STRAIGHT.
