yep. he'll try to re-work the supreme court with more whacko judges and he'll ignore the threat of terrorism like all democrats tend to do. our taxes will go up and the country will continue it's downward spiral towards moral chaos.

I'm a liberal, agnostic independent, but I'm going to answer this question just to piss you off. Why do you want the opinions of only Conservative Christians?? I guess you just want to hear what you want to hear, but here's the TRUTH:
America absolutely needs to elect a democrat in 2008 if we want to strengthen our country and end all the corruption and lies that have been happening with Bush in office. One of the main issues today is the environment, and Republicans don't care in the least about this issue. Global warming is destroying the planet, and Bush won't even admit that it exists! We need a democrat that will help to save the planet, and at the same time rejuvenate our economy by ending the war that is costing us millions of dollars each day.

I don't think so. I think the Dems will have a strong showing, but will lose. As a party, they simply lack a coherent strategy. They'll howl about pre-natal murder and their undying support of racial discrimination in the form of affirmative action, scream about the deficit whilst touting increased spending programs and the socialization of health care, then roar about GWB this and that, then do their standard 'run like a coward' routine when anyone challenges them on any point of contention. Basically make buffoons of themselves as usual.
They've a chance, however, and I think any conservative should be prepared for such a contingency. Hell - the current Congress and President GAVE them that chance by abandoning fiscal conservatism and angering many conservatives.
Be prepared to write lots of letters to your congressman/congresswoman on issues that are important to you - especially representatives, who are elected every two years vice six years like Senators. When it comes down to it, most of them desire to STAY in office and therefore listen to their constituents. Even if your view is 180 out from the view the rep/senator espoused during the election - write them anyway. If they know their constituency wants something done and enough people respond, they might soften their stance and bring it more towards your direction.

Bill Clinton was elected as a democrat; but in fact was the most productive republican president since Nixon.
Set aside Fox News for a moment and look at Clinton's beginnings, his track record and the results of his initiatives.
Clinton was one of smartest college students in America. A Rhodes Scholar.
He was promoted by Multi National agra business.
He promoted Government aid for big business NAFTA, GAT, and the multi billion dollar Tele-Com give away. He promoted Government grants and tax incentives for corporations that would close their American factories and rebuild off shore.
He was the best republican since Nixon. If we Elect another like him hopefully all the public schools will be closed and education privatized. That way only the truth will be taught.

Democrats aren't out to keep conservative christians from existing, but some would like to keep their religion out of the lives of people who don't believe the same things.

Absolutely, they will make an Al Queda bill of rights, give them plutonium for "peaceful purposes", we would pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan in hopes that the terrorists will like us.
I would not be surprised if they hired contractors to paint a giant bulls-eye right in the middle of the country. They are way to naive to be in the office, they will believe anything our enemy's say and give in to all of their demands (as with Clinton with North Korea, Bin Laden, Rwanda, etc.)

I know I wont be happy. Maybe I can owe even more taxes in April to help the deadbeats getting thousandsof dollars they did not even pay into. After all I am MIDDLE CLASS, I should pay for it all like Democrats want.
85% of all governement income comes from the middle/upper classes. So the liberals and democrats who keep saying tax the rich...screw you. Stop giving it to the people who did not earn it.
FLAT TAX, (like sales tax)...make it fair for all

Depends on the person.
People said we were doomed when we elected some of our greatest presidents.
Lincoln, FDR, Kennedy, Nixon (OK they were right), Clinton, and most notably - Bush!
Don't listen to people, a person is smart, people are really really stupid...
