According to Human Rights Watch, in one campaign Saddam Hussein is believed to have collected and executed 100,000 Kurdish men and boys. This does not include a multitude of other instances of executions, torture deaths, or random destruction ordered by Hussein. Nor does this number include any indirect deaths from things like destroying the marshlands of southern tribes, forced relocations, or restriction of food for political reasons.
As for Bush, the Iraq Body Count Project claims 43,336 Iraqis have died from all causes in the war. This does not just include civilians killed by coalition forces; this also includes civilians killed by insurgents, some of whom may still hold loyalty to Saddam Hussein.
Even when narrowing the scope to Saddam to one event, and expanding it for Bush for things he could not reasonably be held responsible for (i.e. insurgent attacks on innocent civilians), Hussein still comes out as the greater cause of death.

Alot of stupid kids answering these questions that don't have the slightest idea of whats going on. How can you be so quick to believe what someone tells you, of course you do because there is no way you could have experienced anything or have a true opinion on anything if all you have ever done is stay at home and go to school.
