My fiance says they can't, I say that they can but that it's a cultural thing why you never see one with a beard.

It depends on the region, but....the hairiest Native Americans have very little facial hair in comparison with the average person of European descent.
Generally, Indians from the Pacific coast of North America and the Southern tip of South America *can* grow full beards.
South American Indians have quite literarlly, hairless bodies.
All others fall somewhere in between, but generally, their facial hair patterns are like that of East Asians.

Typically no. However, a few Native American men can develop facial hair in small quantities or in patchy groves on they cheeks and jawlines. Some Native American men have a European bloodline as good and feature extra facial hair in view that of it.

I agree with darius. I also am 1/8th native and have same problems with skin irritation and seems like I dont have as many facial hair folicles as my friends do. My mother (1/4 Native American) alwayssaid that was because of the genes.

I would assume that 100% native americans grow facial hair but probably extremely small amounts. (or at least very hard to see)

Native Americans, at least most tribes, are relatively hairless people except for what grows on their heads. If they're able to grow beards at all, they're thin and scruffy things. Hair on their arms and legs is thin or non-existant, and you'll never see hairy chests or backs.

Native Americans also will always have type O blood - these are simply genetic factors, and only corrupted by intermarrying with other races.

Full blooded Native Americans do not. Its just not in the jeans. I know I am 1/8th Apache and I can grow one, but the skin of my cheeks, neck and chin become seriously irritated. I credit it to the native american skin not liking the hair and oils of my european lineage.
