Yes I have. I have been a swinger for the past 5 years. In order to participate in such activities you have to be open minded and lose those nasty emotions like hate and jealousy. It can be great fun, but you do have to learn to keep your emotions in check and not get attached too deeply to someone who will not be available for a full time relationship. Start your journey by going to a local swinger's club, talk to other people. Everyone has a different point of view. Good luck with your choice!

If you're considering a threesome: Don't!
Yes it could be enjoyable, but the chance that your relationship will survive very long afterward is slim. There is something special about two people sharing a sexual experience; adding a third person to the equations complicates things, and adds elements of competition and jealousy. Before doing it consider these questions (I'm assuming based on your other question that you're a married man): What if your wife likes sex with the other woman better? What if you like sex with the other woman better? Will you always wonder how you compared, and will your wife wonder the same thing? What if an unwanted pregnancy or STD results from the encounter? I suspect there is an element of boredom or relationship strain that even leads to this question (truly satisfied couples rearely contemplate this sort of thing). If that is the case, I'd recommend a marriage counsellor and/or a sex therapist.
Do not even think of a threesome unless you have already given up on your marriage! (BTW, I am a family doctor, with plenty of knowledge about people's sex lives and relationships...)

Yes and it was a disaster; years ago my then-girlfriend invited me to her house and her friend answered the door in her panties. I ended up having sex with both of them but enjoyed her friend a lot more. Bottom line, her friend and I began secretly meeting for sex and I cheated on that girlfriend for a year before she learned of what had been happening. Unless you have a VERY CLEAR understanding and you don't really care much regarding feelings, I'd say stay away from that.

Yes....and No
It was meaningless. I like passion in those moments and you can't have that with 2 objects of attention. Sorry...but that's all everyone is in that situation. Guy included.
