Absolutely! It's way too easy for people to cheat!

I haven't played any team games lately.. but I hope they did because there is no good reason for it. If partners have anything to say it should be said in the open. Private communications is just a open invitation to cheating. "Psst Partner, hey.. do you have the Ace?"... that is one of the reasons I stopped playing partner games!

yes, you can! The host can uncheck the allow kibtiz. or something like that and no one will be able to IM each other at that table. I do it all the time when I am the host.

as of today you can still use messenger to chat/cheat in yahoo. unchecking kibtz only stops ppl from seeing Your cards,if other players do not check it theres are shown..it will tell you in room if someone is kibtzing.
