if it is here on yahoo it actually isn't that hard to fix, just go to your mail options, go to blocked addresses and remove the address from the list. this is where all mail you treat as spam goes, that is the sender, not the email.

When you mark it as spam, the mail goes into spam folder. Find the sender's message in spam folder and mark it as " this is not spam"

Go into your blocked addresses list,it should be under mail options. When you find it highlight it and unblock it.You might still have to mark "not spam" as it might still go into you bulk box.

Send an email to your provider or go to their faq's. You can probably just add them to your address book and will be able to get the emails then.
