As chapadon & crowdish answered earlier ...

pneumonoultramicroscopic-
silicovolcanoconiosis,

Here's some more info for you:

pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis

noun (NOO-muh-noh-UL-truh-MY-kruh-
SKOP-ik-SIL-i-koh-VOL-kay-no-koh-
NEE-o-sis, nyoo-)

A lung disease caused by inhaling fine particles of silica.

[From New Latin, from Greek pneumono- (lung) + Latin ultra- (beyond,
extremely) + Greek micro- (small) + -scopic (looking) + Latin silico (like sand) + volcano + Greek konis (dust) + -osis (condition).]

Even though we have included the pronunciation of this word, we advise caution lest you may have to avail the services of an otorhinolaryngologist (a throat, nose, and ear specialist).

At 45 letters, it's the longest word in any English language dictionary.

It's not hippopotomonstrosesquipedalian, but that's a really good one; it means "of or pertaining to long words."

I've heard of one with over 200 letters that's a scientific name for some obscure protein, but that's not what we think of as a "real word."

Hyper-poly-syl-abic-ses-que-lian-ism
I think the spelling is close. It has been a long time since I have spelled this word. It means excessive use of long words.

Have fun with your question

i think the word most of you're looking for is PNEUMONO ULTRAMICROSCOPIC SILICO VOLCANOCONIOSIS or ("Black Lung": which is what most miners get from working in coal mines for several years) I broke the word in all capitals up so you can see the spelling..but its actually all just 1 word...
