If I were you, I'd talk to my mom about the reason she won't let you see him. If you clearly communicate without whining or throwing a fit, you may understand her point of view a little bit better, or she may realize that you are responsible enough to date this man. I'm sure that your mother has a good reason for this seemingly ludicrous rule.

At 14 you have a lot of people still to meet. Don't get mad at your mom. She probably feels it isn't right for you. How old is the guy? If he's older, then maybe she's afraid something might happen that both of you cannot control. Try to understand her side of the story. She's loves you and wants the best for you.
Guys will come and go, but your mom will always be by your side.

You mean your mom lets you go out with jerks? Either i don't understand the question here or your mom's weird.
You know, maybe you're too young to date, i know you'll think like you're mature and everything but if you look closely on how you handle things in your life from an outsider's POV, you'll see that you're still too young.
I'm not saying this because i'm old or something...I'm also still 15.

Your mom is protecting you from falling in love with a guy that you like. She doesn't want to see you have sex and get pregnant. Perhaps she knows something that you don't, from her own past. Good luck
