it depends on the situation, if someone files for child support or files against you for child support you simply respond by saying you aren't certain of paternity and they do the test. i'm not sure what kind of testing they use now but i'd research it because i knew a girl, a long time ago, who had only ever had sex with one guy and the test came back saying it wasn't his kid, she threw such a fit they did another and it came back right but she absolutely, positively knew it was his, if she hadn't that wrong test would have stood forever. hopefully they use better tests now but i don't know. good luck.

Go to a pharmacy and purchase a pregnant test kit. If it shows positive, go to a doctor.

go to social services an tell them you need help with raiseing your child tell them you asked father of child for help but he denys the child is his an he wont help,, an when they ask who the father is an you tell them his name they will have a court ordered paternaty suit ordered an state will pay for it ( thats what happened to me )
