at least genetically speaking related but distantly....otherwise need to know more to know if there are any connections...we might be fellow citizens of the US or of a state, fellow alumni of a particular school, members of the same club or organization...need context to answer this. But basically one relation (assuming you are homo sapiens) is that we are humans and probably share some common ancestors somewhere along the line back in time.

I'm the brother your parents hid in the freezer as a fetus. A cantelope was my womb. I emerged naked and covered in goo at the age of 10, and made a life for myself. Me, being how you reference yourself without the use of a name.
so in this context You, and Me are the same person.
