If it is so easy to Hate Thy Neighbour, then we should be able to practice Love Thy Neighbour as Thyself. I have never understood why people LOVE TO HATE.

It is different cultural beliefs. A lot of the middle eastern people who dislike us so much do so because we practice a decadant, hedonistic lifestyle that their religious leaders say is evil. Additionaly, their justice system calls for 'An Eye for an eye' where revenge and the like are completely, legally justified.
The problem is organized religion, if these people didn't subscribe to a doctrine that naturally brings censorship and inequality to society, we wouldn't be having these problems.

Personally, I think LABLES have a lot to do with HATE, like white ,black, brown yellow, christian, jewish, catholic, buddist, muslim.
For some reason we are all labled.
When we all become human beings then perhaps that would be a good start to applying the practice of LOVE THY NEIGHBOR.

Ask the Christian Right. They seem to be the best at it, and always want to stick there moralistic noses in other peoples issues while many abuse their children!

I think you should go give a terrorist a hug. That may be all they need to quit slaughtering innocent people. I'm all for the love too, but the Archangel Michael didn't defeat Satan by hugging him.

Loving Others & ourselves is very hard,it needs that we know more about ourselves, have a knowledge of our feeling ,our ideas,our acts,our weakness.
and Untill we do not go to our inner self, and see how much we're poor we can not love others.
the hard part is seeing ourselves,for doing this first we should stop value judgement about ourselves.

The problem is that we do not know how and if we love ourselves, anymore!
