We weren't allowed to go to movie theaters when I was a child, and the only exception was that we went to see Bambi when I was five. So that's a biggie.

But we got to watch movies on television, and my fondest memories are of the Wizard of Oz and Gulliver's Travels - we looked forward to them coming on once a year, and all my friends would gather together with popcorn and watch them.

Guess I really am giving my age away here. LOL.

The classics that my mom made me sit through. Lucy and Desi movies (she'd crack up, I never understood), Gone With The Wind and some movie called With Six You Get Eggrolls. I made fun of my mom for ages with that one.

My earliest memory of a movie was Watership Down. It was animated, and when the bunny died in the end I remember crying for hours asking my mom why the bunny died.

Star Wars. I wasn't alive when the original came out, but I remember seeing it for the first time when I was about 5. Man I loved it.

Well, its not really a movie but a program. The Waltons. It always reminds me that after it was over I would have to go to bed. The Waltons were a big family and it reminds me of my own. I could relate. Hey. I loved Oliver!!!!
