I don't think we can identify the smartest living person!
Also, even smart people might not use their value thus is useless! Further, less smart people might use their capabilities and seem smarter!
Further, even if we could identify a smart person, Will he always be smart/ smartest?
I do not think I could name the smartest living person!

smart is not a vector, and thus does not mean anything in and of itself. it's what you do with your "smartness" that matters. i'm sure there have been people smarter than einstein etc etc....but because einstein contributed positively to our species understanding of the universe, we think of him as a smart man.

your question basically is: what's your opinion? that's okay, but, i mean, i don't even care what my opinion on this subject is, why would you care what i have to say? it becomes arbitrary at that point. so my answer is this: i am the smartest person in the world, because i am my world.

There is no smartest person. We have all erred equally in some way. Not only that, 'smart' is only a perception. Smart at logistics? Smart at child-rearing? Smart at happiness or making others feel loved? Who can judge?

smart isn't a vector, and for this reason does not propose something in and of itself. that is what you do along with your "smartness" that concerns. i'm positive there have been people smarter than einstein etc etc....yet because einstein contributed easily to our species expertise of the universe, we are expecting of of him as a sensible guy. your question basically is: what's your opinion? that is okay, yet, i propose, i do not even care what my opinion in this subject is, why would you care what I even might want to assert? it turns into arbitrary at that factor. so my answer is this: i'm the best individual interior the international, because i'm my international. tee hee

Oprah Winfrey. Despite what anyone might think of her, she knows that in order to receive you must give. This woman has helped thousands and thousands of people through shared knowledge and education; and, heck, she's a dang good business woman.
