College all the way.
It's different every year because there are always guys graduating and freshmen coming in, so each season every team has a fresh start and new stars in the making.
Plus its nice without all of the money issues like salary cap and free agency, etc. It makes the college game more unselfish, and the players are there because they like football (and sometimes even to graduate!).
And no matter how much "tradition" the NFL has, it just can't compare to programs like Notre Dame, Michigan, USC, miami... rivalry games, anyone?? I would much rather see Georgia vs Florida or Michigan vs Ohio state than another houston texans loss.
Thats why there is nothing better than a saturday!!
(and go dawgs!!)

Definately college. Not just for all the reasons everyone else says-the fans, the tailgating, the players playing with more heart and soul, etc. If you live in a college town, or attend or have attended a particular college, you just feel a connection to the team you are cheering for that goes beyond the pro game. The pro game is a business, the college game is still a game (somewhat, at least, there are a lot of things about the college game that are also unsavory).

I prefer college over the NFL any day. Although there are a few players in the NFL that are exciting to watch, (Mike Vick), most play for the money only. They take plays off, thinking only of themselves and not their team. In college, most players take each play as if its going to be their last. Some of these players don't even dillute themselves with dreams of the NFL. They play purely for the love of the sport. Recently, college ball officials are all about the money, but for the most part, the players remain true.

NFL Better Than NCAA
The Denver Broncos are playing the Oakland Raiders, and the Broncos are down by eight points. Should Denver go for the two-point conversion or kick a field goal and hope for another possession of the ball? The national football league (NFL) and college football (NCAA) are very exciting and edge of the seat kind of sports. Many people watch and keep up with the games. However, the NFL is better than college football because it has fewer teams to follow, every team is working to get in the Super Bowl, and the players are more experienced.
The NFL has a total of thirty-two teams in the league. The NCAA has over one hundred teams. It is very hard to keep up with which teams are doing well and which ones are not in college football. However, with the NFL only having thirty-two teams, it is easier to keep up with and watch the games. Most people who are huge NCAA fans will disagree and say that they do not need to watch all the games to keep up with which teams are winning and not winning. On the other hand, NFL fans say they like watching the games so they know how each team is really playing. Watching other teams’ games is also helpful to the players in the NFL. They can watch how their opponents carry out plays so they are aware of the plays before going into the game. For example, if the opponent has a history of running the clock down in the last few minutes of the game, the team will know to try to keep the ball for themselves or score enough to where it does not matter if the opponent runs the clock out.
College football does not have playoffs. At the end of the season, depending on how the team did, their standings determine which teams play in which bowl games. It is very much like playoffs. After the teams play the bowl game they received, it is over. In the NFL it is different. They have real playoffs. At the end of the seventeen-week season, the NFL takes the four division winners and two wild card spots from each conference. So a total of twelve teams go to the NFL playoffs. The first round of playoffs is called the wild card round. It is where the two wild card teams play two division winners. The second round of the playoffs is called the division playoffs. The division playoffs are where it is decided who is going to the conference championship, which is the last round of the playoffs. After the conference championships, the two top teams for each conference meet at the Super Bowl to determine who is the number one team in the NFL. The NFL teams will also get home field advantage in the playoffs, if their record is one of the best.
College football players can be very good players, but they also have a lot of mediocre players. In the NFL, they have the best of the best football players. Most NFL football players come from the NCAA. At the end of the college football players’ senior year, they have a chance to get drafted by the NFL. Drafted to the NFL means that the NFL teams bid on how much they are willing to pay for a certain player. For example, the Seattle Seahawks drafted David Greene, a quarterback from the University of Georgia. Therefore, the NFL teams always pick the best players from the NCAA because they are paying NFL draftees to play football for them and the team wants to win games. Critics of this belief will say that all the NFL players come from the NCAA, but that is not always true. Some players are good in high school; they get drafted out of high school instead of going to college and getting drafted.
Everyone should understand that the national football league is better than college football. The NCAA is a big, fun league to watch; however, the NFL is just better. The NFL is better because of the number of teams they have compared to college football. All the teams are working towards one goal, and the NFL players are overall better than the college football players.
