now a days all u get from people are lies just to make an even better impression. why cant they just say hey this is who i am and if you dont likde it then oh well. but in stead they had totell a fake made up bull crap just for some one to like them. i dont know it might just be me who thinks that. but thats what ive always wondered?

No one seems to want to hear the unvarnished truth all the time. Everyone wants to be told little white lies, which of course are still lies no matter how you slice them. There is an excessive amount of false pride and vanity in the world today. The "damn'd human race" (the words of Mark Twain) can't live with itself as it is.

Same here i agree there r soo many ppl in my school that look identical dont hav their own personalities........but u know what sucks i had this interview for an internship and i was completely honest and my counsellor told me to call them to make sure if they made a descion and the lady was extremely rude the whole interview she was even bothering to be nice and it hurt that some1 couldnt appreciate me being this honest .... and not lying at all....whatever....

no its not just you, i've come across people who are fake too.
they want to impress others and think that if they are this 'better' person (who only they think is better in their mind) then society will accept them. They believe that others will only like them if they portray themselves as another person who they arent. and definitely its increasinng. more and more people are becoming fake and pretending to be someone they arent. it is a shame though because we're forgetting the true value of our own nature and personality for which people should accept us, but because its increasing, others keep doing it too, following what the social norm is nowadays- being fake and not yourself.

Nowadays we are taught not to be responsible for our actions and live accordingly ,lie, cheat steal with no regard for others.
There is a silent group out there somewhere that live differently though. I think they have up to one hundred members by now worldwide. Growing or shrinking I don't know
