Victoria's Secret is much more classy than Frederick's in general, however you can find good and bad at either store. I'm all for whatever is cute and looks good on me.

I don't think I've owned anything Frederick's but I can say that it seems like Victoria's Secret's quality has gone down a notch in the past few years.

IMHO, Victoria's Secret is oriented more toward what women like to wear and what they want. Most of the men I know much prefer Frederick's of Hollywood. I know *I* do! :D
