I am getting an access error message on VBA code which I cannot resolve?

The field orders.pmntterms cannot contain a null value becaise the reqired property for this field is set to true. Enter a value for this field
i have checked pmntterms on the code for the form orders cannot see where the property has been set to true

hi,

don't look at the form orders. You should check at table property. i.e. go to Table, click design then click on the field pmntterms. At the 'General Tab' see the REQUIRED, which was set to TRUE. make it FALSE and you may run without problem.
