Literally, Utopia is no where but the word was coined by Sir Thomas More in his book of basically the same name to mean a place of perfection.

Eutopia isn't an actual place, it's The Perfect City where society lives in harmony with government and all men are free from poverty for more info just check Wikipedia

What would you learn in a life without challenges? What would happen if milk was spilt or a glass broken? Would you break out in tears because nothing before had happened like that? WIthout pain there is no happiness to contrast it, you wouldn't know if you were happy sad or depressed without a contrasting opposite emotion. Each day in a utopia would be increasingly gray and dull. Happiness would no longer contain meaning.
