First of all you need to take a closeup digital camera view of your bug. Use the macro setting on your camera. The bug should be alive if possible. Send the digital photo along with an explanation to www.whatsthatbug.com. Or you can search through the whatsthatbug.com photos to see if there's one that's similar to yours. Even if you can't find it there, reading the descriptions and photos at that website are quite entertaining!! (make sure you go to the "insect mating" section.)
