Reyes. A threat in multiple offensive categories and makes more of an impact as he is an everyday player. Ryan is a very good closer, but isnt assured of playing every game.

I think Jose Reyes is a better all around ball player. I like B J Ryan but I would take Jose Reyes. Reyes is a better player

Probably Reyes, BUT this decision should be entirely based on what your needs are in your league standings. Reyes has 39 steals as of today and could likely win the steals category for your team by himself. He leads the league in runs scored, fifth in hits, he's hitting .300 and his OPS is a respectable .838. SO, he's helping you in multiple categories.
B.J. Ryan has been outstanding as the O's closer, having earned 24 saves, second behind three other pitchers who have 26. Even though his ERA and WHIP are outstanding, he's only thrown 42 innings thus far...that's not enough of a contribution to your team's statistics to have anything more than a slight affect on them (he does have 54 strikeouts).
I'm not sure if you're looking to trade for Ryan or for Reyes, but every day players (hitters) are almost always more valuable than a pitcher, even a dominant pitcher.
